Through interventions in this area, the Council aims to promote Communities thriving with enhanced capacities for sustainable, and dignified livelihoods. NCCK therefore seeks to:

• Empower youth for socio-political and economic engagement.
• Strengthen the capacities and capabilities of NCCK membership to effectively promote Holistic Church and Community Transformation.
• Promote resilient families.
